AE previews correctly, but won't export properly

After Effects will play/preview my animation clearly 

But, as can see in second picture, it doesn't export properly.  I have cleaned out my cache, made sure all my graphics drivers were updated, and reinstalled the Video Copilot Saber effect, but this keeps happening.  Any ideas?

Hi, 

I read your message. It looks like anomalies from the GPU. You might try rolling back a driver to see if that might help. Let me know if that works. Check also if the issue occurs in the previous version. Sorry for the frustration.
