After Effects Becomes Unresponsive on Project Load

I am facing a serious issue with Adobe After Effects. As soon as I open my project, After Effects starts hanging and becomes completely unresponsive. Along with the software, my entire PC also starts hanging and I am unable to do any work. Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Hey Arvind, I totally get that this can be frustrating.

Are you seeing any error messages? Can you open After Effects and start a new project? If you can, it might just be a problem with that specific project. Where are you keeping your project and media files? Are they on an external drive or network storage? If so, try moving them to your local drive and give it another go. Also, you might want to import your project into a new blank project instead of opening it directly.
