After Effects crashes on launch

Hi, please help!

After Effects crashes on launch. Happens both on my mac studio, and on my macbook pro.
See attached screenshot for error. Anyone experience anything similar or has any idea how to fix it? Have uninstalled the program, but still happens when I've reinstalled it.

If that doesn't help, please provide your email id to the crash reporter and submit so that we can find the crash report from your machine and try to find the root cause.
