After Effects error: Could not launch Adobe Analysis Server. (515) ( 25::101 )

I'm running AE 24.6.4 on a M2 Ultra Mac Studio (full specs below). When I apply 3D Camera Tracker to a layer i'm presented with the above error message. I encounter the same error message in AE 23.6.9. This error message has also appeared when trying to run warp stabilizer.

Steps i've taken:

- I've purged all cache

- opened AE 2024 in safe mode

- in safe mode with 3rd party plug-ins disabled

- i've moved all .pref and .txt files from the prefrences folder to my desktop so that AE will create new preferences.

All of these steps continue to give me back the same error message. I'm running a whole suite of 3rd party plug ins, all the red giant plugs, most of the video copilot plugs, Re vision, and a handful from AE scripts. Sapphire is installed but not active at the moment. All plug ins are paid for and legit licenses.

If anyone has some insight it would be greatly appreciated.

All other Creative Cloud app are up to date for 2024 releases.
