After Effects freezes with an auto-save pop up.

After Effects 25.1  freezes with an auto-save pop up. 

tried disabling effects, but there is no changes

please advise,

That's not ideal. Does it happen with all the projects? Are you able to save the project and import files without the crash?

Yes, I can open, import, and save the files, but sometimes the autosave popup comes, saves to 97%, and freezes.

i tried disabling the plugins, and the installed effects,
