After Effects playback bug is back, PTI is not moving, Audio Levels are not updating in realtime

Hi, isnt that a reoccurring bug?

I cant share a screen recording because there isnt a movement on the Preview Time Indicator and the Audio Meter.

The CTI is running correctly.

The old version of after effects is working normal at my workstation. PTI and Audio Meter are working in real time as intended.
