ich habe gestern abend über die creativ cloud after effects und weitere apps auf windows installier. nach der installation konnte ich die app nicht starten. fehlermeldung: anwendungsfehler. habe es auch schon deinstalliert und neu installiert. keine chanche. hat jemand eine idee
