Hi there folks.
I don't work a lot in AE but again and with trying everything i know i get a black screen. How surprising.
Last time i had this it was a system access that needed to be granted. And of course in the beginning my solid white when i didn't use a background colour.
But now i have not got the faintest idea. Every trick in my book has failed. Computer MacBook i7 is just fine all apps are latest (i am a registered user).
Anybody?? I need to get it to the customer......
I FOUND IT.... IN MEDIA ENCODER I CAN ONLY USE "MERCURY PLAYBACK ENGINE SOFTWARE"
