Current time indicator (CTI) seems laggy

The thing that I use to move to a certain time in your project is really laggy, my other old old computer works just fine. And the first project I made it worked perfectly fine. But even if I move one frame a second it still skips frames and is laggy.

Looks like you're working on a 4K 60fps composition with 4K footage. Is your PC at the recommended specs for working with that level of content?

you need to re-render it using either AME, Premiere Pro or directly from within Ae.
