I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using After Effects 2025 and with Adobe's support.
As a professional videomaker who relies on AE daily, I’ve spent over two full days trying to fix constant crashes and performance issues after updating to the 2025 version. I followed every official troubleshooting step (reset preferences, clear cache, reinstall, update drivers, test without plugins), but nothing worked.
To make matters worse, when I contacted Adobe support via chat, the agent (named Sid) told me to wait for a remote assistance link — then suddenly shifted to trying to sell me credits for automated video creation. When I questioned this, the conversation was simply abandoned with no follow-up or resolution.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a company that charges a monthly subscription for professional-grade software. I'm now unable to do my job and have received no real help from Adobe.
I’ve submitted a formal complaint and demanded compensation, but I’m posting here so others are aware — and in the hope that someone from Adobe will actually take this seriously and provide proper technical assistance.
