Effects and Presets Panel going black/not working

Hi, i've been encounetring this issue where every time I type a certain letter in the effects and presets panel such as E, I, T, R, S, and the list goes on, the panel goes black on the first letter, and if I keep on typing, the presets and effects appear, but i am unable to click or use them. I later found out that it is because of bugged plug-ins, or because of too many presets in the user presets or presets folder. I tried to make many folders, but I have too many presets (5gb) and I even did, but the problem keeps on occouring. I found out that I can add a maximum of 30 folders into User Presets, If I add one more, the glitch happens, but if I don't, it works perfectly fine. Please help me as it is getting hard to such for presets and hard to use this app. I asked many of my editing collegues about this and suprisingly a lot of them had the same problem. I know I can just use animation presets option or FX console but I don't feel comfortable using them, as I am used to using the built-in panel. I cannot find a fix to this so I am kindly asking for help on this issue.

(I know I can just type in xposure instead of exposure to use it but it gets pretty annyoing, I cant search up tritone because all the letters in tritone don't work)

Thanks for posting this. I have this flagged for us to try to reproduce internally and see if we can figure out what's going on.

We were able to repro this issue internally. We do not believe 30 is the magic number here since we can repro this issue even with fewer than 30 folders. 

We have not seen this issue on Mac so far. Only repros on Win.

Could you please confirm what OS you are seeing this issue with?

Thanks for reaching back. Im on Windows. It is not 30 folders, it is 10 folders. I tried it on AE 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 but all have the same issue, once exceeded 10 preset folders, the problem ocours. I tried putting them in no folders and all in one folder, (user presets) but it doesn't fix anything.

There's not fix. I was dealing with this something like the last 15 years.  Adobe just can't provide a solution, is better to forget that panel and manage your presets on your own. If you like, can use the free FX Console from videocopilot to shift+bar a search of plugins and presets. Like spotlight on osx. You can write a script by your own if you dare, isn't a complex task. But forget the Adobe panel, they are not capable of make it work properly. I'm using it from AE 3.1 version, so..
