Video Specifications:

  • Lossless
  • 30fps
  • 20 seconds

For some reason everytime I export this video, the client comes back and tells me the video I sent over is 20.33 seconds long. We are using WeTransfer to send over the file so I dont know if that can affect it?

The timeline is set to exactly 20 seconds with the work areas pushed to the ends and composition settings set to 20 seconds exactly

If the last visible frame in the video is at 0:00:20:00, then the video is twenty seconds and 1 frame long. The time indicator always is parked at the start of a frame. The frame you see in the Comp Panel has not played yet.

Check the Comp Settings. The comp should be 0:00:20:00, and when you go to the last frame in the composition the time indicator will read 0:00:19:29 and you will still see an image in the Comp Viewer.
