Glitches inside After Effects and exported file

So I get crazy pixel crash/lagging in a few frames in the whole project. Why does it do this? Ive tried everything but it doesnt work.

Sorry for the delayed response.

What's the source of the footage? Was it downloaded from the Internet or recorded on the phone? Media files with variable frame rate could cause such issues. Try transcoding the footage and then importing in After Effects.
