Greetings I cannot see the Glb file in After Effect 11.25.2.2 Version of my Windows 2 Operating system.

What is the cause of the problem, I have not been able to work in 3D for a long time.

Hi there @Motion Rotate ,

Is this an existing project that you were working on before updating to 25.2.2? By any chance, did you switch from the Advanced 3D renderer to Classic 3D?

In the future, please post full UI screenshots as that can give us more information when helping you troubleshoot.

No, that was made with advenced 3D. But when I want to get the glb file myself, this is the error it gives.

Are you working on a new machine or with a new user account? If so, does your user account name have any special characters in it?

Thanks for sending the project. I was able to open it in 25.2.2 with no problem. I was asked to convert it from 24.4.1, so is this the latest version of your project?

I was also able to load the phone model in a new project with no issue.

Unfortunately, I can't load the GLB format in a new project in after effects, it gives me a problem closing warning as soon as I shoot it in a new project, you can see it in the screen recording I posted above.

I missed this in your original screenshot, but I can see that there are special characters in your username. Sorry, I should have specified that I also meant accents. I have some great news, this is a crash that we were finally able to reproduce in house, and a fix will be available in the public beta of 25.3.0x60. If you don't see x60 in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, check back later in the day or tomorrow. 

I'm curious, though, you said you haven't had this issue before, but the crash isn't new, it was just very undiscoverable for a long time. So I'm wondering if this is the first time you're working in Advanced 3D or if you were working on a Mac before?
