IMPOSSIBLE DE LANCER UN PROJET CONTENANT DE LA 3D

Bonjour,

Je rencontre actuellement un problème bloquant avec After Effects. À chaque fois que je lance un projet utilisant la 3D avancée, que je change le moteur de rendu vers la 3D avancée, ou que j'importe un élément 3D, j'obtiens le message d'erreur suivant :

"After Effects ne peut pas continuer : le plug-in 3D avancé a généré une exception inattendue."

J'ai essayé plusieurs manipulations, mais sans succès. Étant donné que j'ai des examens dans une semaine, je suis à la recherche d'une solution rapide pour pouvoir continuer à travailler.

This was fixed in a recent build of After Effects (Beta). Could you install it from Creative Cloud and see if your problem is fixed? Alternatively, this fix will make its way into the next version of AE, which will be 25.3

To install the public beta, open the Creative Cloud desktop app, click the "Apps" button on the left sidebar, then click the "Beta" icon in the top row. You'll be able to install the release version and the public beta alongside each other.
