Interface not updating

Hi. 

I am having a general visual update issue. 

Trying to open a folder in the project panel, and I can't see the content of the folder. Sometimes it won't update at all. It's there, but visually, it's like a ghost of what was there before. It does the same when creating a new comp. Any new action doesnt show. Sometimes the scroll bar will not appear at all on the right and I can't navigate the project.  It's there but visually, it's like a ghost of what was there before.  Happens in the comp panel as well. 

Sometimes in the viewport, I need to change frame so it updates to the recent changes.

Happens on and off and appears to be random. 

Same issue in versions 24.6.2 and 24.6.3

Windows 11 home

Nvidia RTX 3090 driver 565.90

Windows is up to date.

Any idea how to solve this ?

For some reason the bug report has been posted twice. You can just ignore this thread. It has been resolved by switching to Ae25. Thank you.
