Jittery timeline scrubbing

When the After Effects window is above a certain size, it seems that timeline scrubbing becomes very jittery, as if the timeline needle is quickly jumping between the current and previous keyframes.

It's hard to tell from the video, I think due to the crop, but are you dragging the window off partially into a secondary monitor?

@jenkmeister Nah not dragging into a second monitor, just dragging onto the rest of the screen. Although I am using an external monitor, but not for AE.
