If a library in the library panel is left open, the lock and sync icons are doubled and flickering really fast. After closing out of After Effects, the icons were still there and somewhat burned into the screen, but they were still flickering. Even with a restart and shut down, the icons remained, but they did appear to be fading. The icons seem to have disappeared completely after about 20 minutes.
The flickering seems to happen when the side panel is scaled/ pushed to the right enough to show the horizontal scrollbar.
