MXF Footage has constant frame issues only in AE, both in preview window and in export

This glitch/distortion also comes through on any render to any H264 codec.

These are MXF files from a Canon camera, imported from my internal storage, not an external hard drive.

Lumetri color and a warp stabilizer is on the AE footage, and when i turn off the stabilizer effect, it goes away on that frame, but shows up on another frame.

On a different piece of footage, the warp stabilizer appears to have no effect on which frame the glitch appears on:

That's not ideal. Could you share more system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Updating GPU driver fixes such issues. Please give that a try, if that doesn't share a sample media and After Effects project file so that we can replicate the issue on our end.
