Preferences lighter appearance: libraries header bug

When the Brightness in Preferences is set all the way to “Lighter” appearance, the group headers within the Libraries window are not visible because they are the same color as the interface.

To recreate:
After Effects > Settings > Appearance > Brightness
The darkest color setting shows the headers fine, but they are less visible as you adjust the brightness to lighter. The expectation would be that the header colors should always be in a lighter color, like the rest of the interface, so that there is enough contrast and you're always able to see them.
