Problems with after effect all versionS

Just some simple question: Why are we still in 2025 when working on a project and importing another project into it or dragging something from an extension? After Effects stays unresponsive for about 5 minutes each time and every time we need to lose our precious time waiting for After Effects to work again, and not stay either with a black canvas or with a frozen one. I work daily with After Effects which stresses me a lot and makes me lose a lot of time.

Hi thank you for your response the team don't need anything from me this is a knowen problem for at leat a decade across mac and windows, what the team need is to fix this problem. that's it!
