Rendering 5 min 4K video and no progress showing for hours

I have exported a simple 5-minute video to AE render queue and the current render bar has been spinning with 0% progress for hours.

I have emptied the cache, even reinstalled AE and also moved the files directly to my hard drive to see if that would help and nothing helps. Please advise. Is something wrong or does it do this?

I was having a similar problem when using Media Encoder too.
