script UI panels are empty after finished render

In AE 25.1 (and also 25) content of script UI panels often disappear and only AE restart helps to bring it back.
This issue is new to AE 25 and forces me to not use it (AE25), because I use lot of handy scripts with their UI panels. 
I attached both states - When it is OK, and after finished render. 
Sometimes it dissapear sometimes not. 
This bug affects all script UI panels but not affect panels from extensions (like you can see on Kbar on the left)

The UI rendering system in AE 25 is different than it is in AE 24. You may need to get an update from the script ui panel developers.

But.. there was few updates of different scripts with UI, they fixed UI problems like fit buttons.. and I have report from script developers that problem is not on their side.. And the refresh problem of script UI panels is persistent issue for years.. But everytime in the past it should be fixed by mouseover movement and parts of scriptUI panel appears back.. Yes, it was annoying all the time, but at least something to make it work.. With AE25 this persist (of course) but sometimes it just does not appear again. I am pretty sure this is AE bug, because it happened just sometimes. And it is common for ALL script UI panels. New or old, updated or not.. just all panels sometimes lost its content. It is not normal..

Now I met this issue also in AE2023, but only really rare. Usually after render scriptUI panels (any, no matters which developer)  just does not refresh, their content disappear, panels remains empty, exactly like I described about last AE version. But in the last version this situation coming much more often, few times per day. With older it is about one time per week.
