Speed Graph causing random mouse and keyboard inputs

For like a month now I've been having this issue. When I edit keyframes with the speed graph, my mouse and keyboard will start acting on their own. Things just randomly start happening such as: mouse click and drag, undo's, caps lock turning on, etc.

The weirdest part is that this issue will extend to outside of after effects. Even after I have closed it. Same random mouse and keyboard inputs. It will continue for a little while, like a minute or less, and then stop randomly.

This issue doesn't happen everytime, but been happening most times if I edit the speed graph. And I fix it by closing and reopening. I've reinstalled after effects when I first found out about this, and it seemed to fix it for a little. But the issue persists. I'm on Windows 10

Please try a different mouse and keyboard to make sure that this isn't a hardware issue.

Ok, I'm back. I updated after effects to 25.1 to test if it's still happening. And yeah, right on queue. And above is what it does, makes my computer fight me to do anything

OMG... thank you so much! So I don't have other hardware to test. But I tested it with my keyboard unplugged, and it worked perfectly.

I have a Razer Huntsman, and looked into the software. The issue was F9 was set to some random macro of clicks and stuff. And I realize it is due to me switching back and forth from pc to mac. Mac keybinds to apply easy-ease (fn+F9) is the same as the Razer keybind to start and stop a macro recording, then after it recorded it applied to F9 by assigning it with another click...

You helped save me so much headache!
