Tracker not working

Hello. 

My tracker is not working. It gets stuck on initiliazing, then eventually the attached screen shot shows up. PLEASE HELP. I need my camera tracker to work. 

Obviously I have uninstalled and reinstalled, downloaded older versions, reset my computer, everything. Can somebody please help me?

Hi Zach,

Thanks for writing in. Do you get this issue with all the media files or with just this one? Have you tried running After Effects in Safe Mode? What all applications are running in the background? Can you try closing them and test?
