Unknow Exception

Hey, I've been trying to create a graphic animation template in after effects for premerie for hours, but I keep getting the same errors. When I click on "Export graphic animation template" in the Essentail Graphics window in After Effects, I first confirm saving and then I always get the same error

Thank you for reporting this issue. What file path are you exporting to? Is it located on an internal hard drive, an exsternal drive, or network storage? Does the error occur if you try to export the Motion Graphics Template to a different location?

If the error occurs no matter where you try to export to, would you be able to share the project file with us via Google Drive, Dropbox, etc? Feel free to DM me diretly with a link to keep any shared assets private.
