0x000007b errors when installing older versions of AE

Hello, I have an issue installing the older version of AE on my PC. We keep getting 0x000007b errors regardless of how many times I've rebooted, Reinstalled etc. etc. I'm trying to run Adobe AE 2022

Want to report that this issue has been resolved. 

The Setup file was not working, reinstalling the setup file and all missing dill files along with it and restarting solved the issue.
