Hey Liang-Yih98BC,

 

It looks like you're using a third-party color picker - is that correct?

Here are a couple of suggestions that you could try:

  1. Disable the third-party color picker if that's possible
  2. Back up your existing preferences file by going to Preferences > General > Reveal Preferences in Finder and saving a copy of this file
  3. Reset After Effects preferences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45VoFvSs-JI

Open Preferences/General and uncheck Use System Color Picker. It is close to the middle of the page.
