Both processes are not progressing and when I press cancel the program crashes and closes.

Sometimes the process completes sometimes it stays like this.

i have the same problem in all versions.

My System:

AMD Ryzen 5900x 12c

64 Gb Ram

RTX 3060

Try a clean installation of the 517.40 Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Don't install the latest version.  Some are experiencing issues with any driver newer than 517.4.
