when i import 3D model it shows black screen and the model is invisible im not using beta and im using the lastest version and i clear 3d cashe

Hi Alex,

Thanks for writing in. Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements for After Effects? To preview the 3D objects, After Effects needs 4GB of VRAM.

Do you mind sharing your system specifications? Are you able to switch to Advanced 3D Renderer as shown by Rick?

I'm also having a problem with the 3D object not appearing and the screen remaining black, I have 16 GB of RAM, but my GPU is an integrated one from a notebook, is that why this error persists? including the option to enable 3d classic or cinema 4d, the advanced 3d option is not appearing... and before opening the after it appears that my system does not meet the minimum requirements

You need to change the Composition Settings/3D rendering engine to Advanced 3D. That is the only way to render 3D files directly in the timeline.
