Adobe after effect 22.2.1 crashes at launch

Dear Adobe support community,

I would like to know why my Adobe after effect crashes at launch. I also have updated my graphic driver to the latest verision and yet still cannnot launch. I have also uninstall the software itself and redownload it but still no use.The resons why i downloaded version 22.2.1 is that my school only allows me to use that version. I would like to know how can I fix it.
