Adobe after effects lagging and crashes when preview Première pro file

So i made a première pro video and i imported that première pro file in after effects.

When i play the video it begins slowing down with a slow motion effect after like 2-3 secs and when it is the slowest then it crashes and shutdown. It is only with a première pro file, if i play a MP4 file then it works fine.

Can someone help me please?

Do you see any error message or crash report? What's the version of After Effects and Premiere Pro you're using? Have you tried resetting the preferences of the apps? Here's how:
