Adobe After Effects stops at launch screen

Pretty much as the tittle says. Once i start AE the program freezes at the launch screen and doesn't work. I already try the safe mode and installing previous versions, it hasn't work either. The pc setup is:

AMD Ryzen 7 6800H

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU

AMD Radeon Graphics

16 GB RAM

DirectX 12

Another programs as Illustrator, Ps or even Premiere works fine. I'm clueless.

Sorry to hear about the crash, Mari Carmen.

Do you see any error messages or crash reports? What happens when After Effects freezes - do you end the process in Task Manager? What's the last loading on the splash screen right before it freezes?
