Adobe After Effects UI Issue

Hello, I am not sure if anyone can help me with this issue but as seen in the attatched video, my After Effects has a glitch where it randomly duplicates tabs when you scroll, but only in the Effects and Presets tab. I am not sure what is causing this or how to fix it, and I have already tried deleting and reinstalling after effects. I am running After Effects 2020 on A MacOs Big Sur Version 11.6. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it

Are you using any third-party plug-ins? Please try the following:

• Install if there are any updates available for your OS.
• Try resetting the preferences (reinstalling doesn't always reset the preferences): https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after...
