Advanced 3D is not supported by the current hardware- Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB

Hello community,

I'm getting an error: "Advanced 3D is not supported by the current hardware"

Should my macbook pro be able to run AE Advanced 3D whth the following specs?

2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB

16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X

OK, I just found that only specific macbook pro models are compatible. Sorry for wasting anyones time. So I guess I'd need to buy a new macbook... or maybe I should try a windows laptop since they can be upgraded more easily.
