AE 22.4 crashes on launch.

Hello,

I purchased a brand new Macbook Pro. After Effects crashes on launch. See the screen grab enclosed. I've tried reinstalling AE, downgrading AE, wiping preferences/plugins... so far nothing is working. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Premiere, Audition, PS all work fine.

OS:

Monterey 12.3.1

Specs: 

  Chip: Apple M1 Max

  Total Number of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency)

  Memory: 64 GB
