AE 22.5 crashing like CRAZY

Community Beginner ,

Is anyone else having this problem? Since upgrading to AE 22.5, it crashes like fracking CRAZY and for no real reason. The weirdest one was when the program just froze in the middle of a render. It didn't say "After Effects is not responding" or anything, the whole program was just locked but it seemed to think it was still working fine.

Try disabling multi frame rendering in the settings.

I've found that as of Multi-frame Rendering (MFR) that I needed to be 100% on top of all thrid party plug-ins, scripts, extensions, and add-ons being MFR compatible.
