AE 24.0.2 and AE Beta 24.1 crashes up startup. If I reboot and delete cache folders it will sometimes startup, but when opening existing files or creating new files it will freeze and I have to end task and reboot again.
I was able to open a new project once with 24.1 Beta, but once I tried to use Roto Brush to outline for matteing then AE froze. I've removed it and reinstalled numerous times with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool with no success. Premier Pro and other Adobe program work, but I need AE to remove background(s) because the Chrome Keys don't a good job.
I've had an existing Support case number ADB-31399659-W4G6 open for sometime, but they haven't been any help. This really impacting one of my major project with a client and I need help ASAP to get this resolved.
