AE 24 missing MediaCore folder on Sonoma OSX?

I'm currently trying to toubleshoot the Camera Tracker not working in AE 24.6.2 on a Mac running Sonoma 14.6.1, and I came across a post about checking the premissions settings. In that post it said to navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore, except I don't have that folder.

So I guess my questions are:

1) Is this old info and does this folder not exist because it's no longer part of install?
2) If in fact this folder IS supposed to be there, why don't I have it? What can I do to resovle this? And is this the cause to my issues with Camera Tracker?
