AE 25.2.2 crashed right after opening the first project…

New version, same problem with RAMpreview render…

We're sorry about the poor experience. Is it crashing while previewing any specific project/media or all of them? If possible, please share a download link for the sample project or the media. It will help us diagnose the issue properly at our end.
