AE CC 2022 22.4 | Prefs ("Prefs-indep-output.txt") getting resetted constantly while starting

Hey Community,
when starting AE-22.4 the Prefs are getting resetted constantly - every other start of AE.

I tried anything from doing a manual reset, not migrating from previous versions, not syncing via the cloud. I just wont stay and i always have to reconfigure my prefs. Its so annoying.
I deleted the prefs folder completely - nothing helps.

Any suggestions?

I'm also having this issue, since like AE 2022 I believe. I've tried a bunch of reinstall / resetting steps but no solution yet...
