Hi dd234490157ufd,

When does it crash? Is there anything specific or it's random? Are you using any third-party plugins? Also, does it generate any crash report: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-find-after-effects-crash-logs-on...

Let us know we are here to help.

Thanks,

Nishu.

Thanks for the crash report, dd234490157ufd.

I'll share it with the After Effects team and try to get it translated. It'll be really helpful if you could share the following details:

  • Does it happen with a particular mp4 file or all of them?
  • What's the source of the mp4? Was it shot on camera or screen recorded?
  • Are you able to create a new project and import the mp4 file into it?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Nishu
