Ae Media Browser Not Saving Favorites

Hope someone can help.

Issue I'm having is that Ae isn't saving the folders I designate as favorites in the Media Browser after I close the program. Leaving me to have to re-add all the folders I want to the favorites tab again every time.

Anyone have any ideas why this is and how I can remedy the issue?

Without any on your system, actual folder structure and names and so on nobody can telly you much. Simply sounds like mundane permissions issues where you don't have sufficient user privileges to actually store the configuration file and/ or access the folder outside of a specific user context.

I see. I'm referencing folders that live on a drobo, I've allowed permissions for access so Ae would be able to do so. My permissions isn't any different than what I have for premiere and premiere saves my preferences for that media browser.

This is how I'd like my favorites to be saved even after closing the program.

My favorites tab gets cleared after I close Ae and reopen it.
