AE menu option is not valid

Hi everyone! Recently I have this annoyance which dont let me access to any menu (file, window, none) someone knows how to solve it please? I would highly appreciate. Thank you!!

I got that a lot for a while too, but I think it went away recently. Have you updated to the latest version of AE?
