AE Preview will play audio and playhead will move, but no animation occurs

It's simple animation, nothing intensive. I've cleared my cache, reinstalled, etc. Any ideas?

Podrías comenzar por decirnos todos los detalles técnicos y de sofware de tu sistema. Si es posible también capturas de pantalla en donde se aprecie toda la interface de After Effects, incluido el panel de Preview.

Is the program screen black?
