Afeter Effects the Viewer stop working

When i try send to media encoder the viewer stop working, also when i was working on the project.

There are several possible causes. Would you mention more specification like OS, version, graphic card, memory etc?

I would assume the cause is shortage of the physical memory, the version of the graphic card driver, the permission of the files, etc.

I have a PC with 

Dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8GB GDDR6

10th Gen Intel Core i9 10900F (10-Core, 20MB Cache, 2.8GHz to 5.2GHz w/Thermal Velocity Boost)

64 gb on ram fury 

Latest version of after effects and media encoder 

No plugins
