We prepared a new system for Adobe softwares. We install Photoshop, After Effect & Media Encoder by Creative cloud. After installation only Photoshop is working. While we are trying to open After Effect & Media Encoder then it is giving errors i.e. "AfterFX.exe Entry Point Not Found".

Please look into this matter & give resolution as early as possible.

Thanks

Without any system info we can't tell you much, but judging from the screenshot you have soem severe graphics driver issues. Either your GPU is not supported in the first place or the driver is severely out of date and would need updating. Anyway, for anything more you have to be more specific.

Hi rsssaini,

Sorry for your issue.

Are you getting the same with Media Encoder? Please try the following -

Disable your antivirus and try to reinstall.

If that doesn't work, go for a clean installation of After Effects using the Adobe Cleaner tool.

Let us know.

Thanks,

Nishu
