i use quicktime and prores 422 LT and this happend

i dont think it work only hear the sound.

Yes. It's hard to say and you're not providing a lot of information, but typically, if you can't convert your file from one to another, there can be issues with the source file. There's nothing particulary special about converting from h.264 to ProRes, it should just work.
