after effect error file exists but could be open for reading 3::0 macbook

Hi all! I encountered a problem with the after effect. I can’t save a project to an external SSD drive SAMSUNG T7 on a MacBook Pro M1. Every time you minimize the application (after effect) an error occurs (attached below)
Before this I worked on Windows, also from an external hard drive Samsung T5, everything was ok.
Read about possible fixes for granting disk access. The toggle switch is turned on, attached a screenshot.

If anyone can tell me what to do, I would be grateful. Thank you!

There have been reports of issues with that particular SSD with non-latin characters. Can you see if the problem reproduces if the path on the drive is all "english" letters?

I tried to format the SSD disk and save it to the root of the disk only with LATIN characters, the same problem. The problem occurs precisely when trying to save the project. After saving the project, other errors immediately appear in the files on the same disk.
