After effect error: missing data in File.

My after effect randomly stopped opening my previous wroks and all of my projects are missing when I open After Effects. (33::4) After Effects error: missing data in file. What could I do to fix this problem?

I tried redownloading the previous version of After Effcts and that didnt help neither. 😞
